Duties: 

General farm labor. Including Operating equipment (Combines, Grain carts, Seeding Equipment, Spraying Equipment, Tractors, Trucks, etc.), hauling grain and fertilizer, chemical mixing, truck and equipment maintenance, yard upkeep, and many other jobs that arise from general farm operation.

College Farms Ltd. is a family run farm operation that is based out of Lethbridge Alberta. We are looking for hard working employees who value working in a family friendly environment. We offer a lot of variety in work so you are not doing the same job day after day. Busy seasons include spring seeding, spray season, and harvest. Late fall and winter offer a more relaxed work environment with normally a Monday-Thursday work week. Throughout the year Sundays are always a day off. We are looking for employees who enjoy working long hours and who are willing to travel to our farm location in Southwest Saskatchewan as well.

Job Description: 

Farm experience an asset but not a requirement. Wages are payed according to ability. Class one experience an asset. Heavy equipment operation an asset. Mechanic experience an asset. Computer and technology experience an asset. Welding experience an asset.

Should be willing to work with and get along with others. Be a team player. Be able to problem solve. Be able to learn and pick up on new skills and jobs. Must be able to work long hours at different times throughout the year. Be able to work in a clean family friendly environment.
