Duties: 

Currently seeking a Farm Foreman to oversee crops, hay production and some cattle work.  

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a foreman with good experience in Crop and Haying production for our cow/calf operation. 

Duties:

  • Oversee training of employees in various tasks
  • Selecting variety of crops to grow and manage
  • Run all related farm equipment relevant to the ranch
  • Upkeep of farm machinery
  • Working with cattle in feeding and pasture management 
  • Moving cattle 
  • Other general farm duties may be required.  

Must have experience in the above work, ability to work well with owners, ability to work well with others and able to fulfill duties in timely manner.  Should have some Ag related Post secondary education.  English speaking workplace.  

Wages negotiated periodically dependent on performance.
