The Position:
This role presents a unique opportunity to support agricultural and commercial customers in a modern agricultural setting. This role aids in the building and strengthening of our relationships and confidence between our customers (s) and the products and services we sell. This is clearly defined and executed through our comprehensive onsite and remote support processes that utilize several communications tools and options to address our customers' needs.

• Participate in company-provided training and education.
• Effectively operate company-supplied equipment and vehicles safely and professionally.
• Effectively perform and execute support function processes.
• Perform installs of products and provide support and service for all repair and diagnostics in your assigned geography.
• Provide after-hours support during high-demand seasons across your assigned region.
• Identify key support points for customers operations and make suggestions to improve field processes.

Job Description: 

Experience Required

Requirements for employment:
• Self-motivated and a min. of 2 years of Precision Ag experience or a similar agriculture role.
• Agriculture background, on-farm, or working in farm supports service role.
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Participate in our field-based processes and complete assigned tasks and scheduling as needed.
• Maintain high standards of accountability and autonomy in all job-related responsibilities
• Willingness to travel and have a valid driver's license.
• Equipped with essential tools.

Education Required: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
