We are a small Southern Alberta based business looking for a truck driver who knows and understands the importance of safe haulage and handling of livestock. Most of the work is day trips within Alberta and/or Saskatchewan, the work is steady and the pay is competitive.
Primary trucking be for cattle but to keep the week rounded out, there is also flatbed work. Most of the work is close to Lethbridge/Southern Alberta but from time to time , it could be elsewhere in Western Canada.
Weekdays scheduling so you can be home on the weekends with your family.
You will be driving a clean and well maintained Peterbilt and be in possession of a reasonably clean abstract and current Class 1 driving license. If you haven't yet obtained a Cattle Handling Online Course, it's important to be willing to get that completed. As a responsible and reliable driver, you could earn a good wage.
