Job Experience:
 10+ years of experience in crop production and farm operations (ideal)
 Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
 Proven ability to operate large modern farm machinery
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
 Agronomy knowledge is considered an asset

Job Description:

Position Overview
Albertina Farming Ltd is seeking a Grain Farm Lead to take on a broad, hands-on role in our
farming operation. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate availability.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. You will be involved in
all aspects of crop production and farm operations, including:
 Operating modern farm machinery for seeding, spraying, and harvesting
 Maintaining and repairing equipment to keep operations running smoothly
 Coordinating grain shipping and storage logistics
 Supporting planning and performance reporting with management
 Maintaining general farm security and monitoring for any issues.
Crops grown include wheat, barley, canola, and pulse crops.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee crop readiness from planning through harvest
 Operate and maintain farm equipment for seeding, spraying, and harvesting
 Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery
 Coordinate grain shipping and storage logistics
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and agricultural regulations
 Communicate effectively with management and team members
 Monitor farm security and report any concerns promptly
