Duban Farms is seeking multiple new team members for our 2024 crop season for Seasonal and Full time positions. You will be involved in farm tasks including Seeding, Irrigation, Harvesting, Compost Production and Grain Crops.
Job Description:
Duban Farms is seeking persons with a variety of skills from very little experience to full farm experience for full time and Seasonal positions. Seeking applicants with the following skills:

From the basic farm jobs to more experienced we are seeking candidates interested in the following.
- Equipment maintenance and servicing equipment
- Managing Irrigation
- Ordering Parts and keeping inventory
- Overseeing Grain Cleaning
- Equipment operation – Seeding and Harvest
- Checking Crops
- Inputting records and Data
- Transferring grain around the yard
- Keeping yard, equipment and shop clean and tidy.
- Overseeing Grain Cleaning Operation
We are looking for all skill levels and will work with you to find the best fit on our farm.
